How Low Can You Go?

Poor Tanner fell asleep in the wagon while we were at the zoo the other day. He slept in this position for a good 30 minutes or so.

Not Again!

Tanner is obsessed with putting any petroleum based item in his hair. No matter where we hide them he always finds them.

Someone Loves Chocolate

What happened to the brownies?
I should have known.

Easter

Tanner really got excited about Easter this year. He loved to dye eyes, loved looking for Easter eggs outside and of course loved eating all the candy

Getting all the egg dying supplies ready.
Wow!! I'm not exactly sure how they changed colors but check them out!!!
So far this Easter thing is great.
The Easter Bunny came!!
And he left eggs for us to find outside.
We found them all!
Let's see what the Easter Bunny left me.
Candy!!
This is great! I declare everyday Easter!

St. Louis 2011

It was time once again for our annual trip to St. Louis. Tanner is getting to be an old pro at this trip but it's still nice that Mommy packs all kinds of things for him to play with; especially the new DVD players. Now Mattie and Tanner can watch t.v.!

All set to take off.

Having some fun at a much need rest stop.
We can see the Arch!!
Waiting for our elevator pod to arrive with our friend Sam.
Tanner could not get enough of the windows. He loved to look out and see the world below.
Tanner can say he has officially touched to top of the Arch.
Tanner and Abbigail try to climb up the arch.
Daddy and Tan leaving the arch and headed to the hockey game.
Hey Tanner! You're suppose to be watching the game, not playing on the stairs.
Getting some cuddle time with Abbigail during the game.
I'm one cool hockey dude.
Cheering with Daddy.
Back home and Tanner's already daydreaming about St. Louis.

Fun at the Park

So happy to be outside.
Checking out the mechanics of the swings.
Tanner wanted to go down the big tornado slide all by himself.
See Mom, I can do it!
Tanner couldn't figure out how to get on to the baseball field.
Nope, this door's locked too.
Fine, I'll just run outside the fence and pretend I'm running the bases.
Having fun!
Typical Tanner; always running off.
Or checking out the trash. It's usually one or the other.
A sweet, quite and friendly moment.
What a great day!!

Following in Daddy's Footsteps

The kids have figured out how to access Daddy's old school video games on the computer. Here they are trying to play Dig Dug.

Lookin' Good!

Taste Tester

This picture cracks me up. It looks like Tanner is taste testing a piece of food and saying "mmm" without saying anything at all.

Oh No!

Tanner always wants to help Mommy when I'm getting ready in the morning. So today as I had my make-up laid out and he was picking everything up and saying "here". As I said, "no thanks, that's for my eyes". I looked up and saw that he had opened my mascara and applied it to his eye. Oh no Tanner, oh no! Of course Mommy has to take a picture before I cleaned him.

So Handsome

We think Tanner looks so handsome and so grown up in his plaid shirt.

Height: 34inches (96th percentile)
